Her experience spans mergers and acquisitions, banking and financial services, capital markets, infrastructure, energy, governance, regulatory strategy, dispute management and board advisory. She continues to advise senior decision-makers on complex corporate, governance and strategic matters while contributing to legal scholarship, governance development and institutional leadership. Melli holds degrees from Universitas Indonesia and Harvard Law School, is admitted to practice law in Indonesia and New York, serves as a lecturer, and is currently pursuing doctoral research in constitutional law at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, focusing on constitutional adjudication, governance and women's political representation.
