Ms. Ella Irdam became a Jr. Partner of MDC since April 2010. Ms. Irdam specializes in M&A and corporate commercial matters, and has practiced as a lawyer since 1999.
Before joining MDC, Ms. Irdam was an associate in another well-established law firm in Jakarta until end of December 2002. In her former firm, Ms. Irdam involved in various general corporate matters, corporate finance, capital market and securities transactions. She started specializing in M&A and corporate commercial since the early days of her career with this firm, while also had the exposure to other area of practices such as capital market and securities and banking finance.
Ms. Irdam holds a law degree from the University of Indonesia (1999) and a master of law degree from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, The Netherlands (2004). Ms. Irdam is a member of PERADI (Indonesian Advocate Association) and Ikatan Advokat Indonesia (IKADIN).
