Ms. Kuntum Apriella Irdam became a Jr. Partner of MDC in April 2010. Ms. Irdam specializes in M&A and corporate commercial matters, and has practiced as a lawyer since 1999.
First joining MDC in January 2003, Ms. Irdam has in the last six years been actively involved and heading work relating to numerous publicly listed or private bank acquisitions in Indonesia representing banks, private equities and government entities as buyers or sellers. She is also from time to time involved in the acquisitions of other types of financial institutions, such as securities companies and multifinance companies. Ms. Irdam also advises clients in financing transactions, as well as regulatory banking and corporate governance as well as commercial transactions generally.
Ms. Irdam holds a law degree from the University of Indonesia (1999) and a master of law degree from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, The Netherlands (2004).
She is a member of PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association) and Ikatan Advokat Indonesia (IKADIN).
