The management of MDC intends to create a sustainable and self-regenerating quality Indonesian firm. We aspire for MDC to grow as an institution, and for such institution to be more important than any of its lawyers. For this we will work hard, remain committed to our vision, and endeavor to continuously provide opportunities to allow our people to grow as respected professionals in their own rights. We are dedicated to fostering a collegial and team-oriented work environment based on mutual respect.

MDC is a two-tier partnership firm which adheres to a merit system. We encourage our lawyers to progress to become highly competent legal professionals. We endeavor to provide appropriate guidance and feedbacks during the development of our lawyers’ careers. In addition to the regular in-house professional development programs, we also provide opportunities to our lawyers to attend outside trainings held domestically or abroad, and in some circumstances attend offshore graduate studies with some assistance from MDC.

MDC takes a cautious approach in its efforts to strengthen and add to its human resources. However, MDC is always interested in applicants who demonstrate a desire to excel, a high level of positive motivations and the willingness to work hard.

Hiring is not done at a specific time, and MDC will always be interested in applications showing promise. Applications for employment as lawyers should be signed and sent in hard copy along with an ID color photo and curriculum vitae addressed to the attention of Human Resource Manager of MDC. New Associates

Each year MDC hires a number of new graduates from the top law schools who fulfill MDC’s criteria to join as trainee associates. New graduates or close to graduate law students who have academic excellence, English proficiency and intellectual curiosity are encouraged to submit their applications to MDC. 

Please include in your application the latest evidence of academic performance (transcript with the information on the GPA), the topic of your thesis and English proficiency test result (TOEFL or IELTS, if you have taken one).

Laterals

Applicants who have law firm experience and specialized skills will be deemed especially appealing.  As it continues to grow, MDC always looks for good lawyers to reinforce its team.
