Ms. Siregar has become a Jr. Partner of MDC since April 2007. Ms. Siregar specializes in banking and corporate finance, and practiced as a lawyer since 1996. She holds a law degree (1996) and a master of law degree (2004) from University of Indonesia.
Before joining MDC, Ms Siregar was a Senior Associate in a major and reputable law firm in Jakarta. At the former firm, Ms. Siregar specialized in project finance. Ms. Siregar handled in numbers of toll road and power plant projects finance and had exposure in numbers of major debt restructurings in Indonesia.
Ms. Siregar is a member of PERADI (Indonesian Advocate Association) and Ikatan Advokat Indonesia (IKADIN).
