Ms. Laksmita Andarumi who has been a Jr. Partner of MDC since April 2011, specializes in securities and capital markets, matters pertaining to state finance related law, corporations and good corporate governance generally.
Having practiced in law since 1999, Ms. Andarumi started her career being involved in numerous transactions in loan transaction (including debt restructuring), structured finance, and securitizations transactions. Since joining MDC in early 2003, Ms. Andarumi has further continued such work, frequently representing state owned companies and thus becoming well versed in state finance law. More recently, Ms. Andarumi also has joined the securities and capital markets group to focus on Indonesian registered deals (debt and equity).
Ms. Andarumi holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia in 1999 and in 2009 earned a Master of Law degree (Corporate and Financial Services Law) from the National University of Singapore, Singapore.
Ms. Andarumi is a member of PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association).
