Mr. David Siahaan became a Jr. Partner of MDC in September 2007. Mr. Siahaan specializes in corporate finance and general corporate commercial. He has practiced as a lawyer since 1996.
Before joining MDC shortly after its establishment, Mr. Siahaan was a partner in another well-established law firm in Jakarta until the end of December 2002. In his former firm, Mr. Siahaan was involved in various general corporate matters, corporate finance and investments transactions.
In MDC he is involved in various types of corporate finance transactions such as debt issuance, project financing, loan syndication as well as complex cross border debt restructuring process. He also actively handles capital markets and securities deals, mainly with international offering schemes. He also has exposure in numerous M&A transactions as well as natural resources and direct investment matters.
Mr Siahaan holds a law degree (1996) from the University of Indonesia and a master of law degree (2006) from The University of Queensland.
He is a member of PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association) and Ikatan Advokat Indonesia (IKADIN).
