Mr. Siahaan has become a Jr. Partner of MDC since September 2007. Mr. Siahaan specializes in corporate and commercial and has practiced as a lawyer since 1996.
Before joining MDC, Mr. Siahaan was a partner in another well-established law firm in Jakarta until end of December 2002. In his former firm, Mr. Siahaan involved in various general corporate matters, corporate finance and investments transactions.He also worked in an international law firm in Singapore in 2000 for six months under a secondment.
He holds a law degree (1996) from the University of Indonesia and a master of law degree (2006) from The University of Queensland.
Mr. Siahaan is a member of PERADI (Indonesian Advocate Association) and Ikatan Advokat Indonesia (IKADIN).
